The all-new and revised G-Class is finally here. And with the feedback to date, it has definitely been worth the wait. Mercedes hasn’t just given this model a facelift but for the first time since the 1970s, the G-Class has been fully re-engineered from the ground up. Improvements include a new ladder frame chassis which helps to reduce overall weight whilst increasing strength and stiffness. The suspension and off-road systems have been totally restructured and now provide an increased handling experience, especially in the faster corners. A new 4.0L twin-turbo V8 found which can also be found in the AMG GT-R producing 577bhp. To put that power down, Mercedes have included a new 9-speed gearbox and multiple locking diffs to all 4-wheels; this power, extra gearing and traction allow the G63 to propel from 0-60mph in only 4.4 seconds and continue on to a max speed of 137mph or 149mph with the AMG Driver’s pack. Modern technology allows the cutting 4 cylinders to return much more encouraging mpg numbers.

Our particular model is finished in Cavansite Blue Metallic with 22-inch Matte Black AMG Alloy wheels featuring a diamond-turned edge. Further aesthetic improvements include a semi-de-chromed exterior whereby some of the key elements of the chrome is finished in gloss black.
